Our purpose is to provide warm, consistent care that helps children feel safe enough to trust, participate, learn and grow.
We want children to experience ordinary, nurturing daily life alongside the support they need. This includes shared meals, education, activities, family time, celebrations, opportunities to develop skills and trusted adults who remain alongside them when life feels difficult.

How the home is led
Clear roles help ensure Auriel House is well resourced, safely led and open to support and challenge. The Director oversees resources, business sustainability and the organisation’s capacity to provide safe, high-quality care. The Responsible Individual provides governance, quality assurance, support and challenge to the Registered Manager and ensures that learning from monitoring, incidents, complaints and safeguarding activity is followed through.
The Registered Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the home and safeguarding practice, supported by the Deputy Manager and residential team. Together, they ensure children’s plans are understood, staff are supported and challenged, and learning is carried into everyday care.
