Psychological consultation and reflective practice
Meadows Psychology Service will support the staff team through psychological consultation, reflective practice, skills sessions, training and formulation-informed guidance—helping staff turn an understanding of each child’s experiences, strengths, relationships and needs into thoughtful, consistent everyday care.
Formal staff supervision, safeguarding, risk management and operational decisions will remain the responsibility of Auriel House.
Direct therapeutic work or specialist psychological assessment will be arranged only where clinically indicated and separately commissioned or funded by the placing authority.
